What areas do you deliver to?
Bunno currently serves selected routes across the Indianapolis metro area and nearby Indiana cities including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Greenwood, Avon, Brownsburg, Lafayette, and more.
How is the price calculated?
$7.99 per package up to 8 lb. Over 8 lb adds $1 per additional pound. Each package is a separate line item. Your total is shown before checkout. Price never changes based on distance.
What size packages do you accept?
Packages must be within 12 × 10 × 12 inches. No exceptions during the MVP phase.
Do I need to label my packages?
Yes. Each package must be packed, sealed, and clearly labeled with the recipient's delivery address before pickup. Bunno does not print or apply labels.
What items are not accepted?
Oversized items, fragile items, food, cold-chain or temperature-sensitive items, hazardous materials, liquids that may leak, weapons, controlled substances, and unpacked items.
When will my package be picked up?
After you place your order, Bunno will confirm the pickup time via email or phone within 1 business day.
Can businesses use this?
Yes. Bunno is designed for local businesses sending product orders, samples, and documents across nearby Indiana cities — as well as individuals.
When do I pay?
You pay at checkout when submitting your order. After payment, Bunno will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your pickup time.
